today's run gave me time to think:
we each have our own burdens to carry,
and mine will only become more and more difficult to bear.
but i'll survive, because i have to.
no matter what comes my way,
be it criticism or obstacles,
i will come out stronger and more determined.
and though i may have to walk this path alone,
i know i will eventually make it okay.
life is a never ending run.
